We could not have chosen a better company to help us with our house move! We have received excellent customer service. From the first contact (house visit followed by a quote provided on the day via email) , the customer care throughout the waiting time to confirm a moving date, to the physical removal of our goods and furniture. Lauren, who has been my contact on the admin side is extremely friendly and helpful. She has been very efficient and of course very patient with me, as I changed the moving dates.. On the day we had Steve and Paul help us with the removal, and they were very careful with our goods but at the same time managed to swiftly clear the house of everything. We also had covers and boxes provided for the larger items (sofas, mattresses etc..) They were very pleasant to work with and had a refreshing and positive attitude. (They even helped me take off my front door, so I could get my beloved dining table through the narrow door of the new house!!!) I congratulate Steve on his team and can only recommend All Star Removals to anyone looking for help with their house move.

A brilliant team of men arrived who were courteous and very patient as we have 2 young children. They worked around me feeding my 7 month old and a very excited 4 year old. They were a very organised team and extremely hardworking. They made the day go as smoothly as possible. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who is moving and should we ever move again I will definitely be calling them first.

The guys from All Star Removals were nothing short of fantastic. We moved from Cheshire to Telford area over the last bank holiday weekend in August. We opted for a full packing service and this option is highly recommended. Not only does it relieve the stress of packing for you but with two small children in the house there was no way we could have done it ourselves at the time. In fact that option was very competitive in comparison to other removal agencies. I did get two further quotes - one from a large well known removals firm and the other from a local company. Having looked at the customer reviews for both these agencies I avoided them like the plague! ReallyMoving.com is an excellent website and allows rapid identification and communication with removal agents. The best feature was the reviews. I strongly recommend you read the reviews about the company you intend to use first either on this website or just Google them! Another important advantage is that All Stars Removals did not want full payment until the job was complete and to my satisfaction. Another commendable quality of the firm’s policy. All other quotes I obtained required full payment before the job was carried out. All Stars Removals were honest, prompt, friendly, extremely polite, hardworking, respectful, and very considerate to our belongings. I would like to say a big thank you to Steve T, Paul, Steve, Mike, and Graham for making a stressful event pass without incident. Paul who is one of the managers at the firm was present for both days of the move and was a pleasure to deal with. Most of the guys have young children too so are aware of the difficulties faced by families during relocation. In summary - All Stars Removals are a superb firm and I highly recommend them. I will definitely use them again and have passed their details onto a colleague who is equally impressed with their professionalism prior to his move too. My move was on the 4th September, and I apologise for the delay in sending this message. We moved to a bungalow which was a downsize after 30 years at at our previous address. We had more than enough items to fill the garage at the new premises. Imagine the horror when we found the garage door was broken so it all had to go round through the small back door. Even worse the previous occupant hadn't cleared it!! The boys were absolutely brilliant and we could not have achieved it without them. Can't thank you enough for your help on the day - and a long day it was. Top marks for customer care and service.
